Cross an intersection or stay at the crisis traffic circle?

The pessimist complains about the wind;
the optimist expects it to change;
the realist adjusts the sails.

– William Arthur Ward

An awful lot is happening right now. We live in a world characterized by distrust, gridlocked healthcare, economic uncertainty, huge labor shortages, housing shortages, gas shortages, COVID-19, overcrowded asylum centers, the war in Ukraine, Nitrogen and a climate crisis. The social gunpowder is close to exploding.

But at the same time, we live in a world where the possibilities are limitless. Modern technologies are at everyone's fingertips, brilliant knowledge freely available, logistics chains available around the world and well-trained employees who can work in self-directed remote project teams. With all these opportunities, we are obliged to come up with creative solutions to our social issues. More than ever, there is room for innovative leaders.

PS: Maintain sufficient speed as an organization and find the right direction with these free tools.
