Reflect and learn!


Organizations optimize their self-interests. Little concerned with gaining real insights. Reflecting and learning to embrace feedback will go a long way. Purposely go from efficient to effective. 

Stop exuberantly adoring KPIs or other goals. Rather aspire to sincere progress as the primary goal. It always starts with vision and big dreams. Not 10% more but dreaming of at least 10 times better. Transactional bartering thus changes into progress-oriented cooperation. 

Successful organizations know it's all about improvement, so make everything better than before!
